Building Synergy

Building Synergy to Build Health

We create a solid foundation 3 levels deep

Synergy of these 3 levels builds a solid foundation to health..

Building synergy is necessary in order to build good health. Our process targets 3 areas that bring the synergy to repair, rebuild, & restore health. Some refer to this as healing. We acknowledge it as God’s intelligent design.  Remember man tends, but only God mends.  We follow this principle in what we offer. Our personal experience has found this approach yields results for ourselves and others. Judicious & thoughtful application of these 3 levels provides synergistic support to achieve the wellcare that people seek to avoid the symptom management of sickcare which uses drugs, surgery, or radiation to manage illnesses or diseases.

Level 1: Total Body Analysis (TBA)
  • The TBA process is a form of applied kinesiology which becomes the compass that points out where the electromagnetic energy patterns have been weakened. TBA
    1. Outlines the energy being blocked.
    2. Where the block occurs.
    3. What the blocking agent is.
    4. Provides a program to stimulate the body’s abilities to repair, rebuild, & restore.

Level 2: Nutrition

Food is the primary energy that fuels the body’s ability to sustain life.  The body’s first priority is survival.  Poor nutritional choices blocks the body’s ability to meet basic needs.  If the body isn’t getting what it needs from our food, it robs energy from another body system,  This results in underlying conditions that reduce it’s ability to fight in a crises such as a trauma, illness or disease. The quality of the nutrition determines the quality of your overall health & life you experience. Again we are guided by scripture in our approach to natural support.

  • Genesis 1:29 states; “Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.”

Hippocrates stated

    • “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
    • “Illnesses do not come upon us out of the blue. They are developed from small daily sins against Nature. When enough sins have accumulated, illnesses will suddenly appear.”
Level 3- Essential Oils

Essential oils have increased in popularity over the last 25 years as an alternative way to support the body holistically.  More & more people are starting to discover essential oils and their use. The following sections will introduce essential oils and provide an understanding regarding why we find them beneficial for our client’s use.

What are Essential Oils?

The sense of smell impacts our emotions.

Essential oils are extracted from the roots, leaves, flowers, stems, or bark of the plant/tree. They are “essential” in the sense that they contain the “essence of” the plant. Essential oils stimulate a human being’s powerful sense of smell which has a significant impact/influence on how a person feels. Humans can distinguish 10,000 different smells. The smells are delivered directly to the limbic system, the part of the brain that controls moods, emotions, memory & learning.

How are the oils obtained?

The different grades of essential oils.

Therapeutic grade essential oils are generally extracted using a steam distillation process.

  • This separates the oil & water-based compounds of a plant by steaming.
  • By concentrating the oils of these plants you are literally separating the most powerful healing compounds of a plant into a single oil.

However, some manufacturers use solvents to extract the oils. This extraction method uses chemical solvents to do this. The oils that have been extracted are subject to an additional step requiring very high heat to remove the solvent.  This degrades the quality of the essential oil. The attached chart indicates the different grades of essential oils.

What do Essential Oils Contain?

The complexity of an essential oil is remarkable.

Each essential oil contains as many as 100+ chemical components, also known as constituents, which together exert a strong effect on the whole person. Depending on which component(s) is/are predominating in an oil, determines the oil’s action in the body. For example, some oils are relaxing & soothing, others relieve pain, some help digestion etc. There are some oils such as lemon, lavender, or myrtle, to name a few, which are adaptogenic that upregulate or down regulate system responses in the body as necessary.

Why Do Essential Oils Work so Well in the Body?

How essential oils work in the body.

The oils act as hormones & ligands (message carrying molecules) in plants which regulate, coordinate & initiate all vital plant functions, which is why they are called essential. The molecules are small enough to pass through cell walls carrying nutrition into the cells & carrying waste products out. What the essential oils do for the plant they also do in the human body. Essential oils are composed of very small molecules that can penetrate your cells. They have a size of less than 500 atomic mass units (AMU) & some are even smaller than 300 AMU. Some compounds in essential oils can cross the blood-brain barrier.
