One of its best-known research projects, the Landmark Study, examined the nutritional status and health characteristics of 278 long-term users of Shaklee supplements. The peer-reviewed study was observational, so it demonstrates associations rather than proving that supplements alone caused the findings. Even with that limitation, it provides valuable information about the long-term use of a consistent supplementation program.
